Absolutely NO refunds will be issued for concerns outside of my control. There is a “grace period” of 7 days on all of the services that I offer for someone to come in and have an issue solved at no charge under "service fix" if at fault of Wild Mane. After this, it is considered a "retouch" or "maintenance" that requires a varying fee depending on what it is.. OR 20% of the service total can be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

I believe in flexibility for my valued clients. I've always been super lenient with policies because I've always felt as if I needed to cancel on you for any reason, emergency, sickness.. I would hope that same grace is extended to me during that time. I do understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change on short notice. Therefore, there are no fees associated with cancellations or no-shows at this time. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, simply let me know as soon as possible out of respect for mine as well as my other clients time. However, this is subject to change at my discretion anytime that I feel it is being taken advantage of or at any point it is becoming a habitual occurrence with one particular client. I appreciate your consideration and will always look forward to accommodating you at a more convenient time.
